For more than 10 years, we've served thousands of families through award-winning programs designed to keep children safe, engaged, supported, and growing.
Maggie Magoo's is more than a place to go after the bell rings. It's a structured, familiar community where children explore robotics, literacy, creativity, fitness, and hands-on learning with staff who know them by name.
From our roots as Maggie's Place in 2015 to Maggie Magoo's® Afterschool Adventures today, our mission remains the same: create programs that feel like an adventure and a home all at once.

Our programs are built around six enrichment themes that encourage children to explore, create, build, and try new things throughout the school year. From robotics and hands-on projects to literacy, creativity, fitness, and real-world challenges, every experience is designed to spark curiosity and build confidence.
Each child receives a personal Field Book to track the badges they earn through participation, effort, and growth across every adventure area. Families love flipping through it together at home and watching their child's progress unfold throughout the year.

Every block of the afternoon is structured, supervised, and built to keep your child engaged from the bell to pickup.

Kids walk to Maggie Magoo's® right inside their school. The same place they spend the day.

Sign-in, settle, refuel. Staff greet every child by name.

Staff circulate during homework block, checking in and offering help as children work through their assignments.

Today's rotation: Inventor's Lab, Story Safari, MagooBots, or one of the other adventures.

Gym, outdoor, or active play. The energy release every kid needs.

Before becoming Maggie Magoo's® Afterschool Adventures, our programs operated for years under the Maggie's Place family of brands, serving children and families across Eastern Idaho through afterschool programs, tutoring centers, enrichment programs, and summer camps.

Camp Magoo brings the same creativity, enrichment, and sense of belonging families love during the school year into an action-packed summer experience filled with hands-on projects, outdoor play, robotics, creativity, games, challenges, and unforgettable memories.
Designed for active K–6 students, Camp Magoo keeps kids engaged, social, learning, and exploring all summer long in a safe, structured, and high-energy environment.
